Did you miss us?

I have been neglecting this blog! We are expecting Baby Boy #2 any minute now... my due date is December 16. We are getting very excited to meet him!

As I write, it is 18 degrees out and snowing. Brrr!
Oh the beautiful days of early summer...
In June, Miles and I went to Oklahoma for a few days to see my parents and some dear old friends.

I miss the daily bounty from our garden.

4th of July weekend we went camping in Wyoming. Miles loved every minute.

Miles and his partner in crime, Audrey, at her 2nd birthday party.

Lunch date!

Out for a summer stroll in the rain.

Beautiful Lake Ouachita with cousin Hutton.

Miles picked up this old rusty chain off the beach and promptly said, "I will call him Long Dog." They were practically inseparable the rest of the trip.

For the life of me, this boy will not nap in a bed but he will nap in restaurant booths and on jet skis.

Visiting John at work. Miles loves riding the scooter around!

Gelato!

In August we went to visit John's parents in Wisconsin. Miles loved walking on the paths.

Miles's 3rd birthday party! My parents and Rob and Christal came out for the weekend.

Matching bellies! Jennifer gave birth to her beautiful 2nd daughter, Zoey in late October.

So happy my mom could join in the fun!

I'm the Gingerbread Man.

One of my friends gave Miles the Gingerbread Man book last Christmas. He went through a HUGE obsession so it was easy to decide on his Halloween costume. My talented mother, of course, created it.

We started pulling out Miles's old clothes for the new baby.

This looks more like today!

Springtime at the Greedy's

We went to visit family in Amarillo for Easter. We had so much fun hunting easter eggs!

March Madness

I see that I didn't post at all in March. Imagine that.

We were busy grocery shopping,

working in the garden,

gearing up for camping season,

playing in the house,

getting dolled up to be in a fashion show,

wrecking our bikes,

rock climbing,

going on walks,

and experiencing crazy wind storms that picked money right off our table and stuck it in the strangest places.

It was a good month.
