Texas Trip

So before we get into the details of our super fun Texas trip, I have to show you this. Each morning, Miles drags ALL of his dirty clothes out of his closet and puts them in the middle of his room. Yes, every day.

Just like Pops, he gets really excited when he finds a golf ball.

We saw cows, a donkey, and mohair goats (being herded by an amazing border collie!). We were happy not to see a javelina (big scary pig).

Miles curled up and said "Night-night." Those of you who have tried to get Miles to sleep know that was not going to happen.

Miles and Sienna were good buddies.

Miles was obsessed with Sienna's pink Princesses stroller....

and with every mud puddle, river, and driveway he could rub his face in.

Cure Organic Farm Easter Eggstravaganza

The Easter Bunny brought sidewalk chalk. This was at 7am and it was COLD outside. Miles was unfazed. He wanted to color!

It took awhile for Miles to understand egg instead of ball, but he has it down now!

Easter Egg Hunt- Those big kids are fast! They swept the farm clean in 3 minutes. Miles got 5 eggs!

Now he found some eggs!

Miles would not take his eyes off of the tractor! It pulled us on a hayride tour of the farm.

The Easter Bunny also brought a kite. We rode to the park to try it out, but alas, no wind. Miles was quite disappointed.

Power Tools and What Happens When Miles Doesn't Nap

John used his drill to put our table together when we first moved six weeks ago. Guess what was Miles' first project with his new drill???

He is upset about our messy house.
